Our electrical fault finding services

Our services cover a wide range of electrical fault causes, such as:

  • Wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Corrosion
  • Overloading circuits
  • Environmental factors, including burst pipes

When left unchecked, these issues can worsen, potentially endangering your safety if not dealt with by a professional electrician.

Signs that you have an electrical fault

It's possible that your electrical system is showing signs of failure, but you might not be sure how to interpret them or what action to take.

Have you observed any of the following symptoms?

  • Flickering or dimming lights?
  • Power outages?
  • Overheating appliances or excessively warm cables?
  • Circuit breaker tripping or blown fuses?

Any of these could be a sign of an electrical issue. If you're experiencing these symptoms, London Electrical & Fire is ready to dispatch a team to assess your property for potential problems.

Upon arrival, our electricians will discuss the fault with the tenant and perform a visual inspection for any signs of damage to cables or fittings, or evidence of overheating or corrosion.

If the issue is not immediately identifiable, we will conduct further tests to pinpoint the fault.

Our electricians are equipped with commonly needed parts, and we keep some of the rarer components in stock at our warehouse—something many other electrical services in London don't offer. Once the problem is found, we aim to repair it on the spot or as soon as the necessary part becomes available. Afterward, we will thoroughly test the circuit to ensure it meets safety standards, and you’ll receive an electrical certificate.
