At London Electrical and Fire, we take pride in presenting the HUSH-PRO, an innovative Grade C domestic fire alarm system that adheres to the BS 5839-6 2019 standards. This sophisticated system comes equipped with its own mains power supply and a rechargeable backup battery, making it perfect for individual residences.
The HUSH-PRO system is designed to provide outstanding safety and convenience, ensuring your home is always protected. With a variety of advanced features, it exceeds typical fire alarm systems to deliver enhanced functionality and reassurance. Here are some notable benefits:
Real-Time Monitoring: HUSH-PRO can report fires, faults, and other vital system information directly to PCs, tablets, and smartphones, allowing duty holders to demonstrate due diligence and respond quickly to incidents.
The HUSH-PRO system constantly checks its wiring for open and short circuit faults and verifies the operation and cleanliness of individual devices. During normal operation, any faults or contamination are indicated on the dwelling's controller, the communal/landlord system, and the C-TEC Cloud for timely intervention. While occupants can silence the fault on their domestic system, the alarm will reactivate after 24 hours if the issue remains unresolved, ensuring safety is always prioritized.
If a Fire Level 1 alarm occurs (likely indicating a false alarm), HUSH-PRO triggers local alarm devices with a specific message/tone. Occupants have the ability to silence this alarm for up to two minutes. If the alarm persists and is still deemed a false alarm, the system will log this occurrence as a supervisory incident and report it to the C-TEC Cloud for remote monitoring. If the situation resolves, the system will revert to normal operation.
In the event of a Fire Level 2 alarm (signifying a likely real fire), local alarm devices activate with a distinct evacuation message/tone that cannot be silenced by the occupant. This alarm is also indicated on the communal/landlord system, where it initiates pre-programmed actions. For instance, a Fire Level 2 condition on one floor may automatically trigger alarms in other units on that floor, ensuring at-risk occupants are promptly evacuated. All incidents are logged in the C-TEC Cloud for real-time monitoring until emergency services arrive.
In cases where the Fire & Rescue Service determines that a building's "Stay Put" policy has been compromised, they can utilize secure evacuation keyswitches on the communal/landlord system to assist in safely evacuating residents. Activating these keyswitches triggers a Fire Level 2 alarm across all relevant dwellings, ensuring all actions are recorded on both the communal/landlord system and the C-TEC Cloud.
